Poor blood circulation? I've been exercising more lately (walking, can't do any more...) but it seems not enough... or too little too late?

2. Could be.
There's a fairly common problem called Raynaud's syndrome that affects up to 50% of healthy people. It's a thought worth considering and perhaps checking out with your doctor:

In the meantime, warm both hands and feet, and flex them.

9. Thx! My doctor, several months ago,
suspected that could be the case.

Definitely worse now but the symptoms make sense and that web page only adds cred to it. I will follow-up...

I hope it turns out to be not serious and you can get some relief.

3. Are you diabetic?
The foot thing sounds a bit like diabetic neuropathy. And poor circulation can account for both hands and feet being cold as well. Keep your feet elevated when you are sitting, if possible. If you have any peripheral edema (swollen ankles or feet, for example), it will help with that.

I've had to deal with that as well. For your feet, wear shoes or slippers that cover your feet, not just sandle-like ones, because they will insulate them better. As for your hands, rub lotion into them and rub your hands together for awhile. The rubbing will help create warmth.

10. The last time I saw my doc, I complained of higher fasting glucose levels;
he asked where I got the meter from. (I bought it at a store. Diabetes runs rampant in my family. I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to keep semi-regular tabs.)

Since that day I haven't checked it since.

My trips to the loo haven't been any more frequent than normal, however. So I am skeptical diabetes is the cause, but it definitely is a possibility. No adema either...

6. I get that occasionally...
my brother even has it worse off, his hands will turn beet red and HOT, then normal, then his turn blue and very ice cold. No medical explination from the dr.

I always get the pins and needles in my hands but I contributed it to carpal tunnel.. I had cardiac workups and everything is fine in that aspect.

Stay warm and see your dr. if it persists. I'm sure the walking part wont hurt you - exercise in moderation is good. Keep it up!

8. A chiropractor screwed up my neck royally.
A little overzealous when doing an adjustment; I was in pain for a week... ~3 years later, when problems became more than just apparent, I had an MRI done...

Could be a lower back problem developed as well; I had a work comp issue ~6 years ago...
