Filet mignons for dinner tonight!
I just discovered a half of a tenderloin in the refrig.

I was gonna order a pizza, but not now.

2. My wife bought it a few days ago
When my parents were in town visiting. I thought we ate it all.

Now I gotta think of some side dishes.

6. whatever else you have with it...a caesar salad always went well with it
when our land lady'd have filet mignons in he christmas parties.

(being christmas some of the things she'd also have with it would be some sort of mashed potatoes asparagus, or beets ... and there may have been some of that stove top stuffing to which they'd add almonds and maybe little pieces of pineapple and raisins and i don't know what else.

a glass of wine too...

but whatever you have it with ... may it all be yum yum good!

4. Sauteed mushrooms
with maybe some chopped onions in the pan with them if you're feeling fancy. Quick, easy, and NOTHING goes with steak like mushrooms.

Yay! Filet!
