3. I need for my house to sell quick!

I'm tired already of getting the call from a realtor 10 minutes before they come by to show. I have to collect the cat's food dish & kitty litter & hide them in the garage, put my golden in the car for an hour ride, & pull out the cat carrier to show my cat so she'll hide under the bed for awhile. I can't even live in my house right now!

lots of sunny days... kind of unusual for here. I work in the morning and then take my kid to the pool in the afternoon! It's great!
