More mad cow disease in the USA. Lovely |
|
Some nights I worry that I will "go down" under this stuff.. or that my kids will. But then I remember the vast array of other unpleasant ways to leave this world that could get us at any time..and it puts mad cow back in perspective.

1. I would try to avoid beef. |
|
Since the last Mad Cow outbreak I haven't included beef in my menu. It seems we might have had Mad Cow running around in the US for a year or more. I never trust when things are reported as positive then some official comes back and says 'never mind, that was mistake'. Too much money being floated around by beef industry to assume that all clear signal was real (no assumption it is false, but it is in the not reliable state).

Heck even if I go organic vegetarian or vegan I'll still get exposed to toxins the plants aborbed from the air soil and water.
There's just no winning.
