You can put caviar in an omelet but they really don't have enough liquid or yolk to make it happen. An Iron Chef caviar omelet? Maybe! :puke: I agree.

No living forever. But a caviar omelet would be wonderful with smoked salmon or even some wine reduced down as a sauce on the top. ;) Maybe some smoked Gouda cheese for a garnish? Just a thought.
