2. I'll give it a shot...
1. Pretty damn young. Too young to recall actually.

2. Lake

3. Pretty much only when I fall in while fishing. So not often.

4. Sport

5. Not. As for ESPN, they cover the national spelling bee competition too, so what the hell.

6. Hockey? What is this hockey of which you speak?

7. Run? Bwahahahah! Back in the day when I jogged regularly (I never considered myself a runner) I could do three miles in 20 some odd minutes.

8. Not in a sporting sense.

9. None

10. I guess the Orioles. I'm just glad the Sox are now in first place. :bounce:

7. Maybe 6 or 7 minutes.

8. Only with a couple of over-eager dates.

9. None at school - I was a horseback rider.

10. Huh?

6. answers
1) 2
2) Ocean
3) a couple times a month
4) Only if you're drunk on the back 9
5) No. Because of ratings.
6) the ticker on the bottom of the screen telling me if the Cubs won or not
7) Depends upon the motivation. Armed assailant= 6 min. Free beer =5:30
8) No. Anyone trying to fight me getting within 3 feet of me gets a fist or a foot, not a hug or a hold.
9) None. Only sport I did was martial arts (Tang soo do moo duk kwon).
10) Cubs are life. Life is Cubs. There is no division other than the NL Central.

7. My answers:
1. According to my parents, I started swimming when I was a baby. I don't remember, and I don't really like to swim even now.

2. A pool, if I have to swim.

3. Hardly ever.

4. Probably a sport. It does involve some physical skill.

5. Probably not a sport. I have all the respect in the world for the people who are actually good at it, but it's mental skill, not physical skill, and while it probably does merit attention, it shouldn't be on ESPN, I think.

6. The playoffs. Yeah, they're long, but they're still the most intense postseason in sports.

7. I would probably take around six minutes now if I ran as well as I can. I used to be around five, but I'm out of shape now.

8. No - 120 pounds at my height doesn't work well as a wrestler. :)

9. Baseball. I wasn't half bad as a pitcher, but I couldn't hit until about halfway through my senior year.

10. The Tigers - the O's are a great story, but I'm a Yankees fan.

8. Mine
1. I think around 6. I've been in the water ever since.

2. Pool definitely.

3. As often as I can. During the summer, it's at least 10 times a month.

4. Golf is a sport.

5. Poker is not a sport.

6. The fights were the best! I started watching the NHL my freshman year of high school with the boys.

7. I prefer to walk it. And I haven't timed myself in forever.

8. Nope.

9. Cheerleading was the only one.

10. Neither. I'm happy the Braves actually won this stand.

9. ,,,
1) 3
2) I hate to swim
3) rarely/never
4) Sport
5) Definitely a sport. One of the most difficult games to truly master. Watching pros and their ability to read people is simply amazing.
6) I miss reading in my local paper about another FL Panthers coaching change.
7) A long time
8) No
9) None
10) Tigers over 500. My Dad's from Michigan, so I have a soft spot for the Tigers.

1. How old were you when you first learned how to swim?
I was 3

2. Where do you prefer to swim, in a lake or in a pool?
Ocean

3. About how often do you swim?
Once a day, I have a pool.

4. Golf: Sport or not?
Sport, try golfing without a cart. It's even more exercise if it's hot out and you suck at it

5. Poker: Sport or not? If not, why do I see it on ESPN?
Not a sport. ESPN will prostitute itself out to anything that makes money for their advertisers. That's why you'll never see the NHL on ESPN, even though it's 298342938742938 times more of a sport than racing or poker.

6. What do you miss most about NHL hockey?
Mario Lemeiux and my beloved Pittsburgh Penguins

7. How long would it take/does it take for you to run a mile?
Couldn't tell you.

8. Have you ever wrestled?
Can't answer without being tombstoned! ;-)

9. In what sports did you participate in high school, if any?
I was an avid swimmer and hockey player, but never actually played for my school.

10. Which are you happier about: the Tigers being over .500 in June or the Orioles not being 5.5 behind the BoSox in the AL East?
The entire American League should just be eliminated.

The action and the playoffs

20-30 min

Being from a school system obsessed with wrestling, we learned a few basic takedowns in gym class as a kid.

JV Baseball

10. Which are you happier about: the Tigers being over .500 in June or the Orioles not being 5.5 behind the BoSox in the AL East?
The Tigers being over .500, although I wish The Brewers were in the same situation, they looked so promising at the beginning of the season.
