Steak is my favorite, but ribs or chicken is fine too. Baked potato and bean salad,or macaroni salad.

2. Killer Marinade For Flank Steak
1/4 cup balamic vinager
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cilanro
4 cloves garlic
1 seeded jalepeno pepper

put that in a blender or food processor, at 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Marinate over night and then bbq, sliced thin at an angle.

4. Johnsonville Brats are always a good idea...but...
...if I'm doing serious grilling, then it's really thick pork chops and grilled peach halves, with a dish of fresh corn tossed in a skillet with tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Yum.

If I was going to Barbecue, as distinguished from just grilling, then it would be pork shoulder cooked as long and slow as you can imagine, with my own potato salad and cole slaw on the side, plus corn-on-the-cob. :)

6. Here's a tasty and easy idea
Thin slices of Potato, green peppers, onions and a little butter wrapped in aluminum foil, kinda flat. Chuck on the grill for a while, turning the package occasionally. Very easy and goes with anything you might grill.

Burgers patties, 2 parts beef, one part sausage.

8. Grilled pork tenderloin, with grilled yellow squash and zucchini.
Cut the squash and zucchini into strips, marinate in olive oil and Montreal Steak seasoning. Then grill until tender directly over the coals.

God it's good.

10. Lamb or chicken
Lamb - in my homemade marinade which includes olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, BBQ sauce, 7-8 cloves of garlic, rosemary and plenty of Montreal Steak Spice.

Chicken - brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with lots of Montreal Steak Spice and Cajun Spice.

Side dishes - grilled veggies - red peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, onions, and a baked potato.
