I'm baking peanut butter cookies |
|
Somebody bring over some milk. :)
There's a woman in my office who can't eat anything with gluten in it and I found a peanut butter cookie recipe that just has peanut butter, sugar, and an egg in it. I'm hoping they come out ok. They sure smell good.

Anything with peanut butter in it is great. Chocolate peanut butter cookies are good as well, but the best thing with peanut butter is the Reese's Pieces sundae at Friendly's.

And to think my mom is one of the world's greatest cookie makers. She must have sheltered me too much. Thanks for the recipe.

Chocolate peanut butter cookies sound yummy too.
Something else I bet you'd like...peanut butter fudge. I make it every xmas along with the regular chocolate fudge. Yummmmmmmmm.

I feel better now hearing from someone who's made them before. I was a little dubious since they have no flour, no baking powder and no baking soda.
