I thinkit's more a matter of science than angry animals.. the water is
cleaner, therefore the plankton and small fish have returned, so therefore the bigger ones that eat the smaller ones have returned too.

4. actually its due to the net ban
we voted to ban gill netting here in Florida awhile back, and the fish population exploded. Mullet are thick in the surf again and the sharks are on 'em.
Our daughters go to life guard camp in the summer. One day they could not go in the water. Too many "dangerous marine animals" about. They dont say sharks, its bad for tourism

I've also been in a high-rise near the beach and saw a bunch of sharks in the water.
