What would you rather sell off...
Your DVD/video collection?

Or your computer tools?

Collectible artifacts?

All of them?

I'm slowly fathoming the idea of having nothing. So I may as well sell now and be done with it. All I need is a man to live with and food; I've merely used paid objects as a surrogate life. And that has got to stop.

2. I suppose my movie collection.
My computer tools are my art tools and my career, have to have them to keep me happily productive. My collectible artifacts (I'm counting books and records here, I don't keep a lot of tchochkes around) are all things that have moved me in some way or another over the years, I want to keep those libraries around, though admittedly, they could use some culling soon (and while I'm at it, I don't suppose I really need so many guitars...). There're very few pieces in my movie collection I couldn't rent if I were just DYING to see them.

8. If you sell these things you'll just have money which will be spent on...
more stuff.

I suggest you avoid this pitfall by sending me your stuff. I'd even be happy to just accept the money from the sale of all these things if that is what you'd prefer to do. The key is making this whole no stuff thing work by proper divestment instead of quick fixes.

Oh. At first I thought maybe you were moving to Tibet, but the man part gave it away. He'd have to be given up, too. :(
