First, I had to go to urbandictionary.com to find out exactly what a "holla back" girl is. Then, I find this definition - which leaves me with more questions than answers and may even get the thread locked before it sinks to the bottom...
"A holla back girl is someone who will allow virtually anyone to give them chili-dogs, cleveland steamers, and hot carls upon request."
