I need help thanking Don_G
I didn't write much in my message before but I don't know how to thank him.

He bought me a computer that was very expensive and he didn't have to do that. I told him not to buy it but he bought it anyways and he is a very nice man who just lost his Mother.

Before he left to go home he took me out and bought me a new winter coat and he didn't buy a cheap one either.

Don_G thank you so much you have a heart of gold!

4. Which One?
Windoze, Linux or Mac?

Corarose had a problem I helped out with upgrading her dead eMachine to something her instructors could use and read in her studies.

7. Very class act.
While I am guessing that you may have preferred your act of generosity not to have been quite so explicitly public, what a very kind and wonderful thing(s) you have done for corarose/lady democrat. A very class act.

By the way - I am still hoping for some coffee, or breakfast on one of your Indy pass throughs.

A second, by the way - if you didn't hear/see - Will Pitt will be here in Bloomington speaking on the IU campus (if it isn't sacreligious to step foot on the IU campus) on Monday November 17. He will also be speaking in Indy the next night (I won't be at that event - but I am one of the coordinators for the Bloomington event.)

9. I Help When I Can, Where I Can
Just as much as you, Will, Elad and the others that comprise DU can and will fill in where "Freepers" fear to tread....

Poltically, you and I may always have differences about a lot of things, but then again, I belive we share a lot of the same views and values from different views.

Isn't that what Democracy is all about?

BTw and FYI, I suck at darts....

20. May that be the truth -
similarities and differences and healthy discussions that let us each grow our understandings.

Wouldn't each and every one of y'all done the same thing if y'all could have gotten away with it?

14. My feelings exactly.
From time to time I have the opportunity to make a difference in one person's life. Sometimes we're talking very little money, or even not money at all. I get a lot of satisfaction from that.
I'd much rather do that than write a check to some faceless bureaucratic "charity".

Good on ya, Don.

11. Shut Up And Let It Drop
I do what I can when I can and I don't want to be in the position to have a horde of Rethuglicans "ask" for someting they can't "verify."

I did what I did to help out a friend in trouble sans DU and Faux.

Can I ask y'all a favor; is it possible that you recgonize a "liberal" Dem from Kentucky can step out of the "box" once in a while to actually contribute to the health and welfare of a friend we talk to often?
