Who else has a late-night craving for some CHILI? |
|
What I wouldn't do for a big bowl of thick hearty chili, chock full of onions, bell peppers, juicy chunks of beef, beans, and a bunch of goood spices. With shredded cheddar cheese on top!
Anyone got any good recipes? :9

But my mom makes the best chili. I like to put Fritos and cheddar cheese on it. Have you ever put corn chips on your chili instead of crackers?

Its the only way to eat it! But sometimes, you can never replace a good saltine.

I'm totally fine with chili (if it's made with TVP...)
It's really the green peppers that make me squirm. Icky. Poo.

6. Had me some homemade veggie chili last night for supper.... |
|
...damn it was good. Even made it Cincinnati style with pasta, cheese and all. Also, a dollop of sour cream to boot...

9. I have some leftover enchilada casserole |
|
Layers of chicken, corn tortillas, corn, beans, and cheese cooked slowly in a tasty sauce.
I watched "Like Water for Chocolate" on Sunday and it really, really put me in the mood for Mexican food.
