1. I don't get them often anymore. I got them everyday as a child.
But now, Tylox works just fine for me. I only get them about 3 or 4 times a year.

3. I use herbal products
I use Petadolex by Enzymatic Therapy - it's made from butterbur. I took three bottles of it over a course of three months (which was recommended), and haven't had a migraine since. An triple dose of Petadolex can by taken during the occurence of a migraine.

Another product I used to use was Migra-Profen by Gaia Herbs. It contains feverfew, valerian, and other relaxing herbs. It works best just at the onset of a migraine.

4. Biofeedback.
Not only did it relieve them when I had them... It has
kept me from getting them in the first place.

8. Same here.
It seems that as time has gone on my body does it when the usual signals come along. I never even think about it anymore.

6. BOTOX INJECTIONS. I never get headaches anymore unless I'm
dehydrated now. Botox works GREAT.

Before, I would get headaches on a daily basis.

10. BC powder and coffee. I used to take anaprox when it was still only
available by prescription. I think it is called Alleve now. The effects of that eventually neutralized. I don't get migraines anymore, thankfully, but caffeine and aspirin seemed to help if I caught them in time. Excedrin Extra strength has both. As does BC powder. Some folks up north may have never heard of that :)
