I think they originally announced this almost a year ago. Took them this long to get organized, i guess. Who's going to fly in and out of Rockford, for goodness sake. 80% of the people in the metro area live twice as far from Rockford as from either of Chicago's airports. If they're going to succeed they're going to have to find a better home base.
