Jury Recommends Death For Man Who Killed His 9 Kids

FRESNO, Calif. -- Marcus Wesson, the domineering patriarch of a large clan he bred through incest, should be put to death for the murders of nine of his children and for sexually abusing his daughters and nieces, a jury decided Wednesday.

But then I get to the bottom of the story, and I can only laugh.

His defense conceded the sex charges, since DNA testing showed Wesson fathered the victims, but they had argued that his eldest daughter killed herself, then turned the gun on the others.
