Freezing fruit
I have a tree that produces lots of plums. Is there anything special I should know about freezing plums for use later? I know canning is wonderful but it's a trick that I haven't mastered. Maybe next year.
I don't yet own a dehydrator but I understand they're easy to use, right?

5. I've saved all three web pages
and I'll probably try each of the ideas and see what comes out best.
Thanks!

4. you'll want to pit them before you freeze them
swing by a Target and get a dehydrator - also here's a link to get you started and you can google "dehydrating fruit at home" for more pointers.
