Did anyone watch "30 Days" tonight?

it's not on here yet and i'm debating if i can stay awake until 10;00 to watch it.

1. I caught about 40 minutes.

It was good. My only question that wasn't answered would be is praying 5 times a day a bit excessive? How many people stick to that. It does look like a good form of calistenics though.
