3. From their website, I'd say no, unless it's ancient
Shelf life and storage

Baileys is the only cream liqueur that guarantees a totally natural product which delivers that unique, smooth Baileys taste for 24 months from the day it was made.

One of the keys to achieving this is the artful blending of the cream and whiskey - two products that are not normally compatible.

This is achieved through a combination of art and science and without the use of additives or preservatives, which results in the alcohol acting as a natural preservative for the product.

Baileys should be stored away from direct sunlight at temperature range 5 - 25°C or 41 - 77°F.

You don't have to refrigerate your bottle, but we recommend it - and it tastes even better when it's chilled!

Fluctuating its environment temperature too much will cause it to go clumpy - so try and always keep it roughly at the same temperature.

The storage conditions are the same for sealed or unopened bottles.

Nutritional value

The nutritional value of a 37.5 ml serving of Baileys is as follows:

Sugar content - 20%

Fat content - 15%

Calories - 117

Carbohydrates 7.4g

4. Sorry....
I have to say 'yes'... if it has chunks, it's definitely garbage. It's got cream, should be refrigerated after opening...

6. irish whisky?
Not if it's kept sealed and in a cupboard. I'd suspect the flavor might be damaged by long light exposure, and leaving it uncorked would be the kiss of death. Otherwise, I recommend a taste test.

9. Not as long as it's stored in a cabinet.
I had some Bailey's out of a two-year old bottle just last week, and it was fine.

14. Yes, from personal experience.
I kept an unopened bottle, wrapped in a paper bag, in a box, in a closet, for about 10 years. (Long story we don't need to go into.)

When we opened it it was clotted. Quite a shame, as I love that stuff.

Now, in 2 years, I don't know. But in 10 years I can definitely say yes.
