I have a radical idea to improve public education!!!
You might think I am a little crazy...

But this is a revolutionary idea...



Pay teachers better!



If the teaching profession paid better, there would be way more people attracted to the teaching profession, and schools would have lots more candidates to choose from, there by greatly increasing the chances of finding talented and highly qualified teachers.



I know this is a strange, radical idea...

But what do you guys think?

Considering the future of our entire country is literally in the hands of teachers, it sure is worth thinking about...
I have been saying the same crazy thing for years.
