Anyone who has semi-followed news over the past few years has to know this s**t is being made in sweatshops.

Maybe he can get some advice on how NOT to handle the controversy from Kathie Lee!

He's not the US State Department or Department of Commerce but he is a business owner. He knows who he's hiring. People like him and Kathie Lee use "independent" contractors to avoid taking responsibility for exploiting people. When they get caught they just say that the independent contractor did the hiring...not them.
