3. By way of explanation
Trailer Park Boys is a funny show that appears on the Canadian version of Showtime(?). The plot revolves around two friends who are in and out of jail for a variety of offences, especially growing pot.

They live in a trailer park populated by a gang of idiots including a cop-wannabe supervisor and his sidekick (who doesn't seem to own a shirt), a white rap singer wannabe, a single parent mother trying to raise her 8-year-old daughter (who [yes, the daughter] is on the "patch", smokes pot, drinks and plays with firearms), a guy in coke-bottle glasses (probably autistic) who steals grocery carts then sells them back to the original store, and "bottle kids" who throw glass bottles at passing cars.

The show is shot in Canada but designed for the export market.

4. Ever heard of how that show started?
The two guys that created it owned a pizza parlour. They spent all day joking around about this kind f stuff and decided to start putting some of it down on paper. Then one day the parlour went broke...they sent their scripts to showcase, somehow the movie was made...the rest is history.

That's what I heard anyway

7. Sounds like the writers once lived in one.
I don't know if it could be shown here except maybe on the Comedy Channel. You know political correctness and all that jazz.
