Anyone here use an online music service?
I don't have an ipod so I'm not interested in that. There is a company called Raphsody and I think the new Napster...are they any good?

1. Both iTunes and eMusic
iTunes has the broadest music selection, and the new podcasting feature is well integrated.

eMusic carries a lot of obscure punk, classical, jazz, and gospel that iTunes doesn't.

2. Even if you don't have an ipod,
I still think iTunes is the best internet music store. Rhapsody is a part of Real, ie, Realplayer, ie, horrible filetype and full of spying stuff. I can't say for sure that their music store is that bad, but I know how horrible the player itself has been for years. Napster I've checked many things against iTunes and honestly most songs I've found on both services, and for the same price.

9. Mostly I listen on my machine.
But you burn a CD of the music, and then rip it as you would any CD onto your player.

8. Yes!
But only three times. (Though, if you are smart, you burn it once, and then copy that burned CD and you'll never get to three.)

5. I just use Winamp Radio
Commerical free music, thousands upon thousands of independent music streams to listen to from all over the world. Nothing to sign up with.
