Photography Group Fireworks Challenge

Need a nice diversion right now? Then check out these fireworks photographs from the photography group. There is no voting on these. They are just provided for your viewing pleasure. Most were taken this year on July 4th but a few are from last year. Some are from major fireworks shows across the country while others were taken at neighborhood backyard type shows.

This fireworks challenge was inspired by ConsAreLiars and put together by RagingInMiami.

This one was taken by Blue In Ak last year. Apparently they have sunlight like.... 24 hours a day this time of year in Alaska. At least that's the story Blue' gave. :crazy:

Here's a little known fact about that night ~ the wiring board that was used to set off the orchestrated display malfunctioned and one entire barge of fireworks were never exploded.

26. Sitting in a field for 1 1/2 hours waiting..........

Dealing with screaming (yet adorable ;)) children suffering from extreme sugar highs and sleep deprivation bouncing off the ground. The show starts. Take a 100 or so photos. Show ends. Spend over 2 hours to get home in what normally would be a 20 minute drive. It’s what some people went through to provide these photographs for your viewing pleasure. Or, at least..... that's what I've been told.
