I don't believe this.
I have registered on my county job thing and have put down my qualifications and background. What are the jobs that supposedly match the most? Sales jobs. Why did I even go to college?

1. They probably aren't talking about retail sales.
Sales jobs are really well paying jobs. My dad made well into six figure in the 70s selling fine paper products.

Seriously. There are all kinds of sales jobs. It could be really worth your while.

2. Actually, they pay $10/hr in some cases less.
Some of them were customer service jobs. The other thing is I am not a sales person. I don't have the charisma for it. One of them was a telemarketing job. I really can't do that.

3. I noticed that when i was looking.
Sales jobs will show up in just about any field that you select. Many of them are actually scams or jobs with no base salary and all commission.

4. You'll have to tweak the info you put on there
It can be discouraging, it's a game you have to play.

6. You have to "sell" yourself and your qualifications.

Lie, distort, exaggerate ...... you know, act like a republican.

7. So selling yourself is acting like a Republican.
Not necessarily lying. But certainly exaggerating is a way to go.
