This is what I remember of the 1970s
If it weren't for Hollywood Squares I'd've never made it to the 80s.

3. This is what I remember.

As you can see I wasn't alive in the 70s or even part of the 80s for that matter.

5. You missed the era of cheap drugs, no carding, and wild times....
You are perchance lucky in that regard.

8. If I recall correctly
Paul Lynde was gay. (IOW, his pluging neckline wasn't meant to impress me and others like me. )

4. The 70s were good and bad.
Edited on Sat Jul-09-05 10:33 PM by evlbstrd
Paul Lynde was hilarious. Karen Valentine was hot as hell. Disco sucked. But then came The Clash, Talking Heads, Blondie, etc. Of course, we also got Corporate Rock, e.g., Foreigner, et al. I got out of high school, through five years in the Navy, and into art school. Good and bad.
edit to add: Nixon resigned.

7. I remember going to the movies every Saturday afternoon
The lastest Benji flick, or Disney film, Herbie the Love Bug....I had my favorite movie outfit...blue polyester. Give me a break, I was a little kid.
