Team America or something?

I was at a store today and they were playing a movie that talked of some terror plot x times worse than 9/11 and had a patriotic song... The voices sounded familiar so I looked at the screen.

The meployees all had the jingoistic yellow bands on as well.

I'm not sure I'm going to go back to that store. :-( (it's one * wouldn't approve of, let's just say that for the moment. :D )

1. "team america". the song is, "america, fuck yeah!"
personally, i thought it was pretty damn funny, though it skewers the left more than it skewers the right.

2. there's also a slower, "bummer remix" version of that same song
at a more "somber" moment in the movie, they play a much slower version of the uptempo "america, fuck yeah!" with the same lyrics. it's pretty hilarious because the lyrics SO do not go with slow music.
