Help me! I'm addicted to soft serve ice cream. |
|
Is there a 12 Step program for this? My habit is almost up to a quart a day -- the last two days, lunch and dinner was half a quart of soft serve from Dairy Queen. I'm doomed!

It tastes like it is made of nonfat milk, with chemical-tasting flavoring. There are two "flavors," and they both turn into water when melted.

7 grams of carbs for a small cone. I'm enabling ya but at least you won't become diabetic. Maybe/maybe not :)

3. I'd probably just eat more. |

Kind of like a smoker who switches to filtered, and then smokes twice as many to make up.
I made it through the day -- DQ is closed, and so is McD's. McDonald's has the soft serve cones, and I like those things too.
Odd coincidence: Warren Buffet bought DQ, and was a big investor in McDonald's for a long time, and they are the two worst when it comes to pushing that goop. In fact, my habit started at McD's.

The sugar free kind anyway. Tastes better.
