We met on spring break a year ago and continued to see each other every month up until he was deployed. We both care for each other a lot, but we're realistic in the fact that long distance relationships are too hard for either one of us right now. So, I'm supportive of him while he's overseas and we'll see how it goes after he gets back.

but I do need to lose some weight. I did my mini-assessment with the trainer; he has the super-duper fat measuring scale with all of the measurements. I was 25% fat, the upper limit for average. The weight is unchanged (not gonna tell! )

What I'm doing isn't working and giving me the results I want, so it's time to call in the professionals. I'm willing to give it a month.
