I'm grilling a pork loin for supper tonight
I'll cut it up and put the tenderloins on the grill. My sister says to brush it w/ apple jelly near the end of cooking, to give it a sweet, crispy crust.

Whaddaya think?

4. Do you have a rotiserrie for that.
Done it that way a few times. It will cook perfectly. Keep it basted, and at the end add the apple jelly. Sounds really good!!!

7. no, I just have a cheap $10 portable charcoal grill
but a rotiserrie sounds like a good idea.

5. Ive made marinade for pork loin with apple sause...
cider vinegar, olive oil and spices and it can be quite tasty.

I've always gone with a tyriake pork marinade, but I'll have to try the apple jelly sometime in the very near future. Thank you for making me hungry the rest of the day. ;-)
