1. We have them at work

People never flush them hard enough (see options #2 and 3), and they clog on a daily basis. I hate the things!

2. I have a high-powered Al Bundy toilet in my bathroom.
The suction is like that of a black hole. No turd can escape. I'm lucky.:D

9. Sounds like a toilet a friend of mine had in her apartment
The joke was you had to holler "Rohr eins, LOS!" (tube one, LAUNCH!)when you flushed it, and be sure the lid was down because it COULD splash...

So what's more wasteful? A pot that uses 5 gallons, or one of them 1.8 flushers that you have to hit 4X to get everything out of sight?

4. Home Toilets Should Be Like RV Toilets...
... or airline toilets. A little trap door in the bottom that opens up when you flush... everything falls through, and just a few cups of water are used to help it along.

5. They just make me puke more. (graphic reasons)
I'm natutally kind of nauseated a lot of the time anyhow because I live in a red state, but what's worse, is that I'm not one of those 2 squares of toilet paper people. My stepdad even jokes that when I take toilet paper off the roll, it sounds like a lawn mower starting. What can I say? I like a clean arse, so I have to flush the toilet more sometimes and plunge the damn things more often than not. I cannot stand to flush whilst still doing business (making deposits to the sewage banks below). It feels nasty or something.

Okay, I'm sorry folks. That was way more information than anyone needed, but it's true. How else could I voice my disagreement with how the low flush toilets seem to work, or not work?

13. I'm one of those people who won't use 2 squares either...
My dad had a four square rule for us, while he'd use a whole roll to wipe his ass. My mother still uses only four squares, and doesn't wash her hands after she pees. :puke:
I feel your pain.

7. The problem with low flush toilets is
there is not enough water to move the shit very far and so it just sorta piles up in the low spots of the plumbing and clogs up.

10. Exactly
Most people's pipes settle a bit with age. This ends up creating huge problems and sometimes a need to re-pipe your freaking sewer lines just so your potty works again. Either that or you can do like one of my clients did.. run the bathtub at the same time as the potty. Yea, that saves water. :eyes:

8. Great idea if they all worked as they are supposed to.
Sadly, most don't and the ones which do are way too expensive.
