What a repetitive song and video. Essentially, its just one moving simulcrum repeatedly viewed from different camera angles. Pan. hold. Pan left. hold. Pan overhead. hold. Pan behind. hold.

he's SITTING. If they're going to make a computer animation, how about something...oh, I dunno...ANIMATED.

4. Ah, but the drum parts AREN'T repetitive. I think those were the goal.
I think he chose it specifically to work on that particular element, and he nails every last fill, every cymbal hit (on the correct cymbals), every ghost roll.

that's a huge demographic: drummers.

sorry, I'm not trying to bust your chops, I just found the piece a big waste of time and boring as hell. and no, I'm not a Rush fan, either.

6. You should pay closer attention to the elements themselves
And the song has a tendency to grow on you, too. Don't diss it just yet.
