My Funny Credit Card Fraud experience. (one for the books!)

I received a charge on my credit card that I knew I didn't make. (online internet company)

I email them through their "Help Ticket" link... and explained that I did not make the charge.

They sent me back this Email.

"Mr Sxxxxx: In order for you to place an order with us OR receive help with a charge, you MUST be a currant customer with us. Since we have no record of your account, we are unable to provide help at this time"

WTF!!.."You MUST be a currant customer to place an order"

I took it down to the bank and the Girl said: "They're not very bright...are they?"

Geez....(the bank wiped out the charge)

3. I had one a couple of years ago

They made about 6 purchases. The strangest was for $1,500 for 2 30 day supplies of "Blusaunt". I called the company, and explained I didn't make the purchases. They were friendly, and agreed to remove the charges. I asked what is this stuff anyway? It was a cream to make your breasts bigger. Don't need that, I'm male.
