This is a perfect day. Supposed to warm into the 80s with low humidity, before it turns muggy again tomorrow. What's it like where you are today?

Days in 70s/80s with low humidity are my favorite kind. I guess I should move to SoCal, because we have very few days like this in Boston!

15. We got beaches here, too, but they're monopolized by
bit, obnoxious condo developments. In NE, you can drive by the coast and get some nice views for several miles. Here? Nothin.

3. Overcast. Overcast. Rainy. Sun breaks. Overcast.
Overcast, overcast, overcst. Chilly.

Can you tell this is Seattle?

Actually, most people here assign a date after which it officially becomes summer. Many people think it's July 7th (it's always after the 4th) but I think it's July 13th - can't count on good weather until after that.

19. still have 'june gloom'
going on @ SoCal beaches. June gloom usually disappears around July 4 - this year it is hanging around.

13. "Official" forecast high of 112 today, 114 tomorrow.
In Vegas, that means that one of the coolest parts of town (near the airport) will be 112 / 114. If you live where the elevation is somewhat lower then it could be ten degrees higher, or more.

It SUCKS!!! Make it stop!!!

18. Sounds like my house, don't even need an AC
Live right close to the beach in Costa Mesa, so have the breeze coming in from 2 directions.

Just have to open up the windows and volla.

Was kinda cloudy yesterday, not sure what today is like yet (I work in early am and haven't been out yet).

23. We have lots of those days
in October. The rest of the year it is too buggy as much as too muggy. I consider this a very nice day here too, in Kansas, mid 80s and sunny. Muggy and hot, especially if you are in the southern sun, or your car is, but any non-rainy day is okay by me.

It's a dry heat, but it's still hot and bound to be hotter tomorrow- Inland Bay Area. If I took BART to the city it would be just like Cambridge -- 78 degrees.
