6. Ever marinate chops in balsamic, rosemary, garlic and olive oil? |
|
Then grill them on a really hot grill (stand back because they flame up like crazy)
Sometimes I throw a little lemon juice into the mix too and some other fresh herbs--fresh rosemary is absolutely mandatory for this procedure and the balsamic adds a flavor that cannot be beaten IMO
To answer your question...yes, as sick as it makes me I am a fan of the lamb!

9. Try my marinade you will not be disappointed lol |
|
Well actually it wasn't *my* marinade a friend turned me onto it but I could not believe how great the addition of the balsamic is!
BTW you have to have tabouleh (sp?) with it...Real easy, take bulghur wheat (and follow the package instructions you just dump boiling water on the dried wheat) chop up some parsley, dice some red onions really fine, dice some tomatoes (again in a tiny dice)if you are feeling ambitious dice up some fresh mint--take all that and squeeze on the fresh lemon juice, then pour on some good virgin olive oil.
Add some rice and you have an awesome meal! (and why do I feel like some kind of whacked out posting board version of June Cleaver? lol)
