Edited on Wed Jul-13-05 12:02 PM by ET Awful
Bastards . . . first they have the wrong zip code on my order, then they use the wrong shipping address, now they tell me it's too late to change the shipping address because the order is already in shipping. . . soooooo
I don't get the new Harry Potter book until Monday and they're shipping it to my work address instead of home  Whaaaaaaaaa!!
Dammit. :(

Use Barnes and Noble dot com, instead. They're a blue company.

I knew you worked in a book store. I didn't know it was a B&N. I'm a member and get all my CD's, DVD's, and books from them.

Are you the type who reads the last page first to find out what happens? :)

9. Oh there's a number, you just have to work really hard to find it. |
|
:) Their phone people are actually very friendly, unfortunately they couldn't help either.

Phone: (800) 201-7575
Its their customer service number, but they dont like to publicise it. Yes, you will talk to a real person.
I had the same problem a couple weeks ago, had the wrong address for a shipment and the web site wouldnt let me fix it. But a call straightened it out.
