His choice of campaign manager showed me that Kerry has spent too many years inside the beltway. Shrum was zero for seven in presidential campaigns. After the Kerry campaign, he went to zero for eight. Kerry should have been able to pickup a tendency before selecting him.
Shrum is a typical beltway insider. Talent is not a necessity, only being an insider. "Who's holding the next dinner party?"
