I just char-grilled 5 Johnsonville Brats. What should I do with them?

13. That is EXACTLY how I just had... 4 out of the 5. I woulda done the

onions, though, if I had any in the house.

My Coronas are warm so chilled fuzzy navels have done very nicely as beverage accompaniment.

14. Give them the lambeau field treatment

and yourself a dose of arteriosclerosis (sp)
put the brats in a pot
dump in some beers and some water
add an onion
add some green pepper
add 1 cup butter, add some ground pepper too
simmer gently for 20 mins

eat on fresh rolls(none of them pre-split jobbies) with german brown mustard

15. OK followup.. I was ravenously hungry (missed lunch), so I ate 4, and

split up the last, most "burny" brat (skin was slightly blackened, a bit more crispy than I like it) with my doggies... although I ate a bit of that one too!
