I just ate a pint of Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream. Coffee Heath Bar Crunch. It was very yummy. I rarely eat sweets and it's been at least a year since I last had a taste for ice cream, but when I walked past the freezer section at the supermarket it just called out to me. It'll probably be another year before I do it again. I think I feel the need to atone for it, or something, hence this post. What does the Lounge think might be an appropriate penance for gorging myself on ice cream?

While it has nothing to do with icecream - it turns the penance into something productive :D

... the most logical thing would be to exercise an equivalent amount to burn what you ate. But that won't save your teeth so you need to brush now.
