Haribo makes the best gummy bears. |
|
I have a little Haribo tin, and it's empty.
I haven't had any since the man's Oma sent some from Germany last Christmas. :: sigh ::

I eat them too fast. :)
Haven't had wine gums. The man's Oma sent us some chocolate covered cherries with liqueur or wine or something in them though! Was doubly good tripping.

2. Oma? That sounds a little too much like Osama. |

Typical liberal, supporting the enemy.
I agree - Haribo does indeed make the best gummy bears! Totally and absolutely. Anything else doesn't even come close. American ones are too sweet.

4. LOL. Oma is what he calls his |

little old German Gramma. I dunno if that's what it means in German, but oh well.
And you're right. Nothing comes close to the deliciousness of Haribo gummy bears. :loveya:

I wasn't sure and asked the man, and he said he didn't know. He thought it meant "mom" and I said no, and we just got confused. And he was born there! :P

6. I'm sure I'm spelling this incorrectly |
|
but my wife sings a little song when she eats Haribo:
Haribo macht kinder fro.
(Haribo makes children happy).
I'll try to babelfish that German unless a nice knowledgeable person provides helpful correction first.
Sweet little melody for quality gummy bears.

It's "froh"
Haribo's website says: "Haribo macht kinder froh und erwachsene ebenso."
