Jogging In Park Is OK But No Sex Please
<snip>

OAKDALE, Pa. --People are still encouraged to walk, jog, swim in the wave pool and otherwise enjoy the Settler's Cabin Park in Allegheny County. They're just not welcome to have sex there.

Police on Tuesday released the results of several months of investigation into men seeking anonymous sex in the park in Oakdale, saying they've arrested 27 men who solicited sex in the park through a Web site.

The investigation began in the spring after walkers and joggers repeatedly complained of being accosted by men making lewd suggestions and otherwise approaching them for sex.

The charges filed range from disorderly conduct to indecent exposure and indecent assault.

Plain clothes officers were used to police the area and arrest the offenders.

4. Uh.. I went for a bike ride int he middle of the day once in Richmond
I was getting lots of looks from the middle aged men sitting in their cars.... I didn't understand why... then I saw several young men (this was about 10 years ago) walking up to the cars and starting conversations.

Seriously. :yoiks:

5. hey, I was at Great Falls last weekend
(the maryland side, of course) and went swimming in a still pool. About 20 feet away was a couple engaged in, well, something the Pope wouldn't approve of, in the water. with about 50 people 100 feet away. At least they were subtle about it, you couldn't really tell what they were up to without getting closer.
