CBS's new reality show Rock Star: INXS. -- Fantastic talent! Great band! Awesome songs!

But most of all... MOST of all... they are really SINGING the song as it was written. None of this American Idol "making-it-their-own" crap. And none of the American Idol "vocal-gymnastics-maybe-I-can-hit-the-right-note-if-I-sing-them-all" crap.

As an added bonus, it's got Dave Navarro! Yum!

1. I am afraid to watch it.

I LOVE Survivor (YES I DO!) but have so far avoided the others. This one sounded interesting so I made the choice not to watch, not one episode, because I just can't get so involved in another one.

I was also surprised that my choice of who should be eliminated was the same one that the band members chose. Dana (?) just didn't do anything for me... and that long-long-long scream was really uncomfortable. My 2nd choice would have been JD... the spaz-boy.

The rest of them were very talented and I'm sure they are going to have a hard time eliminating them one by one.

Actually... I recorded the first episode by accident... so it was just TONIGHT that I watched the first show (and that means I've already missed this week's shows). But, I've set new record events on my ReplayTV, so I'll catch all three episodes next week.
