I feel like a slug
I totally blew off working out today. I went Tuesday and plan on going tomorrow but still I feel guilty. I was on vacation last week and didn't work out at all. Well I used the elliptical trainer at my apartment complex a couple of times for 30 minutes. When I was on vacation I went kayaking, which is good exercise (especially when it is windy LOL) but mostly I sat around at the beach or pool not doing a hell of a lot.

My problem is that I work outside most days (in 90 plus degrees) and when I am done I am totally wiped out and can't stand the thought of sweating more (although I know I should). I am not a morning person so I can't manage to get myself up more than 30 minutes before I have to be at work. Plus the fact that I really like to have a beer after work (hardly ever more than one) because it tastes so good after a long hot day in the sun. I looke forward to it. Perhaps I ought to switch to a lite beer but yuck! Anyway I keep vowing to do better (cut out the crap eating, etc) but I have literally NO willpower. I do whatever the hell I feel like at a given moment, if that means eating fast food or not working out. Or not cleaning my apartment though it sorely needs it!!!

How does anyone stay motivated?
