The K-A-B pressing question of the day:What's the deal w/sleeveless unders
Edited on Fri Jul-15-05 09:11 AM by kick-ass-bob
undershirts aka wife-beaters?

Is not the point of an undershirt to keep you from sweating into your regular clothing? And where do people sweat the most? Their armpits!

And in a wife-beater? No fabric there!

So what is the point?

edit: replaced pic for a better wife-beater.

3. I always thought that one of the reasons for a tee-shirt was to help
solidify the "white look" of an outfit with a white button-up shirt. A lot of them are thin enough to show chest hair and man-nipples underneath, and spoil the clean white look of a business outfit. A white tee-shirt helps make it opaque. Of course, another consideration is that you don't get your dress shirt all sweaty and pitted-out. So, yeah, sleeves on them things would help! :-)
