Street-vendor hot dogs

Today I got two polish-boys, one with mustard & kraut, one with ketchup & kraut. (Understand that these are not the REAL polish-boys, those being jumbo all-beef frankfurters with BBQ sauce, cole slaw and shoestring fries piled on top. You can't get those downtown.)

So, rate my lunch!

16. Street hot-dog vendors are like angels sent from heaven...

I swear, when my friends and I walk out of a bar at one am and that smell hits me, the hot-dog vendor is like one of those visions of heaven with clouds and golden light and angels blowing those great big horn thingies (you know those thingies, they look like the plastic ones you get at college football games, but bigger and golden). The street hot-dog vendor is one of life's little pleasures to savor.
