Poll question: "What does a stroke feel like?"
Edited on Fri Jul-15-05 01:22 PM by Richardo

Herb Tarlek - WKRP in Cincinnati

OK gang, what's my problem? I was typing one of my usual inane posts on DU this morning (This one: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=105&topic_id=3652395&mesg_id=3652426

...and when I came to the second word 'nose' I typed 'knows'. I did not realize it until I reread the entire post. This has been happening to some extent for a while, but always could be explained away as mistyping ('cane' for 'came'; 'evilgroin' for 'evilgrin', etc.)

Question: How big IS my brain tumor?

4. HAHAHAHA!
Good one. Mark down Bunny for 'Other'.

Yoiks: Trying Not to think about B&N tonight. We may have severe rain so it'll be interesting to see if that has any effect.

8. From what I'm hearing, I don't think rain, snow, hurricane, or wild
horses will keep those Potter fans away. They's crazy! :silly:

9. That's called the "Ye Olde Ninety Sixer".
96 ounces of meat (that would be six pounds) and three pounds of bun and toppings. It's from a bar in PA. If you eat the whole thing in less than three hours, you get a certificate!

12. Most everyone that tries it fails. Only two people have succeeded.
Two very thin college women have met the challenge.

13. Small females that I have known
1. Can eat a ton of food in one sitting

2. Are freakishly strong

One friend of mine is about 5'4" 105lbs and can beat any of our guy friends in arm-wrestling.

14. I would have to agree with that.
I used to lunch occasionally with the tiny little blonde cheerleader who would eventually be our homecoming queen, etc., etc.

She ate more food and ate it more voraciously than any man I've ever known.

We were all always sort of astonished when we'd watch her eat.

15. ROFL

My friend would get two meals at restaurants, and eat them both. It was also astonishing.
