We have a new addition to the Skidmore family.

A 10 lb 4 oz, 21 inch granddaughter arrived yesterday (didn't have a chance to post before now). Right now, grandma and grandpa are trying to stay up later than her siblings so daddy can help at the hospital. Gosh, there's a reason why we have kids when we're young.... :)

Anyway, my daughter and the baby are doing well, and dad is too--at least he was last time we saw him earlier in the day.

5. We have 3 now.

All belong to my daughter and her husband--a 4 year old boy and a 20 month old girl. One of these days, my son may settle down, provided he gets tired of being a corporate cog and married to his job.

all those babies get 3 front names, and her's are Gwenyth Dierdre Noveen.

11. My daughter and her husband had a hard time

delimiting on the first child's name so decided to use the three top names they liked. Then they decided that the second child might feel hurt later because she didn't have 3 names. Now it's become a given that children in this family will have 3 front names.

My guess is that they'll have one more. They both love children and large families.
