5. They are above all human laws
If you try to punish them, they'll just become more daring. Cats are utterly incorrigible.

6. They stay up all night and party, they shred anything they want and they
just don't care. Which is why I love them so damn much.

9. When I leave my house
Edited on Sat Jul-16-05 08:42 PM by libnnc
I have to lock up the liquor and hide the porn.

Mine is just a delinquent. Pure and simple. I caught her at the bus stop the other day. She reeked of pot and Wild Irish Rose. Said she was just waiting on friends to go to the mall.

Like I was born yesterday. :eyes:

12. cat story
A friend of mine and his wife had just moved into their newly built dream house. They had to leave for several hours and hadn't really cat proofed things yet so they locked all three cats in the upstairs bathroom. When they came home there was lots of water in the basement and on the first floor below the bathroom.

Somehow the cats had managed to turn on the faucet in the bathroom and the drain was closed. The water was overflowing the sink and there were a few inches on the floor. One kitty was sitting on the toilet seat, another was in the bathtub, and the third was on top of the toilet, hissing when they opened the bathroom door.

$5000+ damage on a home they had lived in for less than a week.

13. My oldest is trying to kill me.
Who do I call? Every morning I get up, and try to make my way downstairs. My eldest cat is on, around, just below my foot and every step. I'm going to be a cold dead heap at the bottom of the steps soon, and he'll go scot free. Where is the justice?

16. My favorite thing is when my cat attempts to climb up on the table after
dinner. When I say,"Meeeeerrrrlin? what are you doing?" He half closes his eyes and turns his head away as if he's just hanging out there half on the chair half on the table. :hi:
