It's too much of a risk to alienate half of your possible viewing audience right off the bat by including politics. No network, and probably few advertisers, would back such a show.
There is, however, American Dad. It kinda sucks though.

Sometimes I tape it at 6a.m to watch later that day, but they put something else on a lot of times. I wish they would put it in a time slot and leave it there. I think they are afraid to show it because of the political content.
