Ghoulash from last week, on its last legs as a leftover. Today is its eat-or-toss-it-out day. Then as a make-do-with-what-you've-got dessert, have some organic vanilla yogurt. What a treat!

I made a wild rice and pasta salad with grilled asparagus earlier this week and it was amazing. Who knew wildrice and asparagus were such a great match? I usually just eat my asparagus plain with a little butter, a squeeze of lemon and a dash of salt and pepper
